Equipment

Dear Customer,

While evaluating your fabricator, please accept My Personal Invitation to visit our New Location with Brand New CNC Equipment and see how it works.

Picasso Interiors, Inc. is aware of the endless possibilities that computerized equipment gives us. We are equipped with state of the art:

CNC "Master 23 " by Intermac (Italy)
CNC "Master Stone 4000" by Intermac (Italy)

Camma NT Bridge Saw (Italy)
Digital Templating System.

Master Stone 4000 features the biggest worktable, which allows the machine to work on the largest pieces imaginable. This work center lets us create any shape you want. Certain designs, when done by hand, take days but with the new machine we can do an ogee in a matter of hours. The benefits of the Master Stone 4000 give us the ability to create computerized designs and use an American CAM System

CNC has doubled the productivity of our shop. It has contributed significantly to the reduction in cost of natural stone counter tops, tables, sinks, tiles, and fireplaces, and will continue to bring these costs down. It has dramatically increased the quality of the finished product. The best news of all is that it will only get better!

Picasso Interiors, Inc. will continue to produce counter tops, tables, BBQs, and fireplaces on the new system. We feel that our company must move forward with the times and not be afraid of computers, as some traditional shops may be.

Please, feel free to come into the shop at any time or give us a call to schedule a personal appointment.

As always we appreciate your business!

Every Picasso is a work of art!

Sincerely,

          Alex Friedman,

          President of Picasso Interiors, Inc.

Why Granite?

Granite and Marble are very popular now and are a great way to add value to your existing or new home. Granite offers a natural richness and depth of color that cannot be matched by synthetic materials (like Corian, etc.) The color variations, reflections and natural patterns are of timeless beauty when compared to manmade surfaces, which attempt to duplicate this stone effect. Granite kitchen countertops are one of the best investments you can make, as granite is durable and easy to maintain.

Camma NT Bridge Saw2 Camma NT Bridge Saw

The bridge cutting saw is used for reducing marble and granite slabs into strips, tiles and other work-pieces. The perfect combination of machine and tools allow the fabricator to make the most of the possibilities offered by numerical control technology.

The rotatable bridge design and the vertical spindle movement features give this Camma bridgsaw capabilities beyond the norm. The bridge runs on double supporting beams thus ensuring machine durability and low maintenance. The guides are fully-protected by covers and housed in an oil bath to reduce wear and tear. The machine is driven by rack and pinion mechanics with an inverter controlled reducer. The positioning is laser-precise.
